All licensees under the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) would be required to use the Healthcare Application and Licensing Portal (HALP) for all their licensing needs such as licence application, renewal, cessation, and amendments. Please refer to the table below which lists the various e-guides developed on how to use HALP.
