[CLOSED] Modification of Licence Conditions for Outpatient Medical Service

The Director-General of Health intends to modify the conditions of licences granted to Outpatient Medical Service licensees under the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA).

Pursuant to Section 14(2) of the HCSA, you may submit written representations to the Director-General of Health with respect to the proposed modification described above within 14 calendar days of this notification (excluding the date of this notification), by emailing HCSA_Enquiries@moh.gov.sg. Please note that any correspondence seeking further information or clarification does not constitute a written representation.

Please submit your written representations by 9 September 2025. We regret to inform you that written representations received on or after 10 September 2025 will not be accepted.
