[CLOSED] Modification of Licence Conditions to Acute Hospital Service and Community Hospital Service Licensees

The Director-General of Health intends to modify the conditions of your licence granted to Acute Hospital Service and Community Hospital Service licensees under the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA).

Pursuant to Section 14(2) of the HCSA, you may submit written representations to the Director-General of Health with respect to the proposed modification described above within 14 calendar days of this notification (excluding the date of this notification) by emailing HCSA_Enquiries@moh.gov.sg. Please note that any correspondence from you requiring further information or clarification does not constitute written representations.

Please submit your written representations to us by 21 March 2025. We regret to inform that written representations submitted on and after the 22 March 2025 will not be accepted.
