[CLOSED] Modification of Licence Conditions to Clinical Laboratory Service and Assisted Reproduction Service Licensees Providing PGT-M/SR

The Director-General of Health intends to modify the conditions of your licence granted to Clinical Laboratory Service and Assisted Reproduction Service licensees providing or intending to provide Pre-implantation Genetic Testing for Monogenic or Single Gene Defects or Chromosomal Structural Rearrangements (PGT-M/SR) under the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA).

Pursuant to Section 14(2) of the HCSA, you may submit written representations to the Director-General of Health with respect to the proposed modification described above within 14 calendar days of this notification (excluding the date of this notification) by emailing HCSA_Enquiries@moh.gov.sg. Please note that any correspondence from you requiring further information or clarification does not constitute written representations.

Please submit your written representations to us by the 25 February 2025. We regret to inform that written representations submitted on and after the 26 February 2025 will not be accepted.
